By submitting a contribution to the Lynne Hilton Memorial Scholarship Fund, you hereby acknowledge that your donation is irrevocable, and HaYovel retains full discretion and authority over the use of all donated funds.

Scholarships shall be conferred at HaYovel’s discretion through an equitable application and review procedure. Contributions allocated to this scholarship fund are strictly prohibited from being earmarked for the sponsorship or payment of the Israel trip for any specific family member, friend, or other individual.
