The Feasts Are Here!

It’s that time of year again! The fall festivals are here and Sukkot is starting in just two days! We know many of you would love to be here in the Land for this special season, but are not able to this year. Know that we dearly miss you and wish you could be here.

We pray the Father blesses you abundantly as you celebrate the holidays wherever you are. We are so thankful for you all! We could not continue the work God has given us to do without your prayers and financial support. Thank you for being willing vessels in God’s hands to serve and bless His people. May He reward you for your faithfulness!

Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur were especially meaningful to us this year and we are so grateful to our Heavenly Father for His mercy in drawing us near to Him and providing atonement for us through His Son Yeshua. Our hearts are full of joy as we begin this new Hebrew year and prepare for Sukkot!

Yesterday and today, Caroline and I have been working on building our sukkah in our backyard. We added an addition on to our pergola complete with bamboo walls and a palm frond roof. We look forward to sleeping in our sukkah each night this coming week!

Although we have celebrated Sukkot together in our community many times in years past, this will be our first Sukkot as a married couple! We love hosting and Caroline is already working on preparing scrumptious snacks to share with our friends and family when we invite them over to our sukkah.

Chag Sameach! May you and your family be blessed this festival season as you rejoice in all God has done for you, and for all He has done for the nation of Israel!
