During WWII, most of Christianity turned their backs on the Jewish people. Today, we say NEVER AGAIN.
The brutal attack of October 7, 2023 is the worst tragedy to befall the Jewish people since the Holocaust. Now is the time for Christians around the world to stand with Israel and provide support during this crisis.
OPERATION ITTAI is being organized by Christian and Jewish organizations all over the world who believe in equipping and defending the Jewish communities of Judea and Samaria.
Just like Ittai, a foreigner who stood with King David in the Bible (2 Samuel 15), we are calling on Christians from all over the world to stand with Israel.
Our team is ready to begin airlifting supplies and critical equipment immediately, but we need your help to make this mission possible.
The mission of Operation Ittai is to equip and defend 200 communities throughout Judea and Samaria with the critical equipment that they need, ensuring that Israel’s biblical heartland will not only be protected during this time of crisis, but will remain a safe haven for the 500,000 Jewish people who live there.
Since October 7th, over 1,400 Israeli citizens have been brutally murdered by Hamas. Over 200 Israelis are currently being held captive in Gaza. Hezbollah is threatening Israel’s northern border with more than 100,000 missiles.
Meanwhile, Iranian agents and terrorist groups such as Hamas, Fatah, and the Palestinian Islamic Jihad are operating in Judea and Samaria (the West Bank), an area that has been left vulnerable while most of Israel’s military is being called to the northern and southern fronts.
500,000 Israeli Jews live in 200 different towns and communities throughout Judea and Samaria. 25% of them are children under the age of 14. These families are at great risk due to being surrounded by 2 million Arabs, most of whom are hostile to the Jewish people. These civilians are ill-equipped and have inadequate defense due to Israel’s security forces being stretched thin.
HaYovel has been strategically placed to provide a massive airlift of humanitarian supplies and security equipment in the coming days. At this very moment, we have suppliers, exporters, importers and dealers lined up to move supplies directly into Israel and then on to the Jewish communities and farms of Israel’s heartland.
We will be bringing things like protective vests, helmets, thermal drones, night vision goggles, binoculars, flashlights, security cameras, security gates, and food for those in need.
Now is the time for people from around the world to rise up with one voice to equip and defend Israel’s biblical heartland, making sure that a situation like Gaza will never be created inside the region of Judea and Samaria.
We guarantee that at least 95% of every donation will go directly towards the mission of Operation Ittai, possibly more, depending on the success of the campaign.
We are sourcing most of the equipment and supplies from the United States, but we are looking in many countries all over the world.
We are working directly with El Al Airlines as well as other companies to bring equipment to Israel via cargo space on commercial flights.
The first airlift has already arrived in Israel and is being processed and delivered. Subsequent shipments are expected to arrive approximately every 2 weeks as funds come in.
We are currently working with six regional councils that represent 200 Jewish communities across central Israel – the region known as Judea and Samaria. As equipment lands in Israel, we are delivering it directly to the towns and communities.
In 2 Samuel chapter 15, we read that David and all of Israel were attacked by Absalom. Ittai was a man from Gath (modern-day Gaza) who had arrived in Israel only the day before!
David told Ittai:
“Why should you come along with us? Go back and stay with King Absalom. You are a foreigner, an exile from your homeland. You came only yesterday. And today shall I make you wander about with us, when I do not know where I am going? Go back, and take your people with you. May the Lord show you kindness and faithfulness.”
Instead of fleeing from Israel and saving himself, Ittai responded to King David:
“As surely as the Lord lives, and as my lord the king lives, wherever my lord the king may be, whether it means life or death, there will your servant be.”
Ironically, Ittai was from the same town where Goliath came from! Goliath was a man from the nations who chose to attack Israel. Ittai was also from the nations, but he chose to stay with King David and stand with Israel in their time of need.
Israel is now facing their worst crisis since their founding in 1948.
Will you be an “Ittai”? Will you stand with Israel in their time of need?
Donations to this project are solicited with the understanding that HaYovel has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds and all payments are non-refundable. No goods or services will be provided to donors in return for their contributions.
